Joseph D. Rocco, J.D.

Joseph D. Rocco graduated in 1987 from Dowling College. He then attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 1990.  He was admitted to the Connecticut State Bar in December of 1990, to the New York State Bar in January of 1991, and to the District of Columbia Bar in 1992.  From 1991-1995, Joseph worked for the Law Offices of Jacoby & Meyers. In October of 1995, Joseph joined his father and opened the law office of Rocco & Rocco, P.C.

Joseph practices law in the following areas:

Divorce, Equitable Distribution, and Post-Judgment Issues; Family Court Child Custody, Support, and Visitation Issues; Consumer Bankruptcies Chapter 7 & 13; Consumer & Commercial Real Estate (Purchase & Sale) Transactions; Adoptions; and Landlord/Tenant Matters.

Richard J. Rocco, J.D.

Richard J. Rocco graduated in 1958 from Manhattan College. He then received his Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University in 1961. In 1962, Richard was admitted to the New York State Bar Association. After many years of private practice, in 1981, Richard joined the Law Offices of Jacoby & Meyers and opened up an office in Levittown, New York. In 1995, he partnered with his son to open the law office of Rocco & Rocco, P.C.
